I’m in snowy, chilly, windy Chicago and dreaming about being back at the beach!
This lightweight halter dress was one of my favorite outfits from our trip to Grand Cayman.  The open T-Back is just as great as the front! It has a beautiful print and I love the navy pom detailing on the bottom.
