How is it the end of May and HOW is it Memorial Day Weekend!? My mind is blown.

Fingers crossed for a sunny MDW – it’s been nonstop off and on rain and I am ready for some pool time this weekend!
I consider this the kick off to summer,
and the beginning of never ending blue and white all summer long.

My sweet husband snapped these images when we spent the day and night at my Mom’s house swimming with my niece and nephew and this arch was in full bloom.  I couldn’t take my eyes away from it!
So do me a solid and focus on that instead of the wrinkles that formed from our 9 hour Lowe’s excursion prior…… 

I have a serious thing for elastic waist shorts.  (slash elastic waist anything??)
