I hope you all had a wonderful week!
After three weekends away traveling, I am very excited to be home and relaxing for the weekend (and foreseeable future).

After what felt like a never ending winter, we are finally enjoying a gorgeous spring, and Mother’s Day being this Sunday definitely makes it feel like summer and celebrations are right around the corner!

While not a mother myself, I am lucky to have so many incredible moms in my life, from my own mom, to my sister, and so many of my friends.  There are so many great ideas for ways to treat the mom’s in your life:  a spa day, dinner out, a babysitter to have a break from being a mother,  or a gift of a little something special.

I do the strike through of the babysitter, but it’s funny ’cause it’s true….
you mama’s of the little ones don’t have a moment to yourselves and need a break! 

But I digress…… 
I don’t know any woman that would say no to flowers, a cold glass of vino, and a gorgeous handbag.
Especially when it’s a classic she will have forever, like Kate Spade.
I love this bright flamingo color, but it also comes in a more classic back or white, and a beautiful blue if those are more your (or your mom’s) style.

My favorite thing about this bag is that Kate Spade brought back their original, timeless, classic box bag and updated it with fun colors like this bright flamingo.  Any woman of any age can carry this, and it goes as well with jeans as it does with a dress, and as great with sandals as it does with heels.

I can’t see Rosè without hearing Lisa Vanderpump saying her tagline of “life isn’t all diamonds and rosè, but it should be”.  So now of course I’m seeing this and thinking “life isn’t all handbags, hydrangeas, and rosè, but it should be.”  Why I choose to share these inner thoughts, I don’t quite know?
