I hope you all are having a great weekend!
This was the first “real” first full week back in 2019 (wasn’t it? or have I lost my mind….. I can’t even remember anymore) but I feel like I got so much done and it went by so quickly!
It’s so easy to keep that positive mindset in 2019 when you’re 11 days in…. which I’m trying to maintain GREATLY right now when my  brand new (New Used) Ford Explorer just stopped accelerating when I was driving home last Wednesday and has been in the shop since last Wednesday night, and they have YET TO EVEN PUT IT ON A LIFT AND TELL ME WHAT IS WRONG.  Haven’t even looked at it.
But ya know….. new year new POSITIVE ME! People are busy…. who needs a car in Atlanta anyway? It’s such a walkable town?
……… on to more exciting things like Baby Shower Ensembles.
Do I have a dress? Nope…..
Although I DO have a non-maternity jumpsuit and a very stretchy dress from my moms closet….. seriously.  They are my top contenders and I’m actually very pleased with both….. I’m sure your imaginations are running wild……
I keep ordering things that are very spring like and I want to kick myself.  January in Chicago is NOT springlike.  I’m a moron!

I always get asked about this fabric and I wish I knew the name of it!
Hoping to find the sample with the name when I finish purging this last area of stuff we cleared out from the old office/guest room now nursery! 

………but I found the perfect SHOES.
Because shoes ALWAYS fit, even when clothes do not 🙂
(well….as long as my feet won’t grow with this pregnancy please Lord Jesus  don’t let me be one of those women who goes up a shoe size – I have too many shoes to replace!)
Everyone has commented that these are the MOST comfortable pumps and to get them in the neutral colors, too!
They come in a million colors and prints and a bunch of them are all on sale right now, too.

The cribs just arrived so we’re getting those built this weekend.
Hallelujah because I was climbing over the boxes to get into the front door and it was RULL difficult.
I’ll start some nursery updates soon.
I’m still on the hunt for a rug and fabric to recover the rocker + ottoman my sister is giving us!
I’m 7 months next week so I think it is time to GET ON IT.
