I am still in my beachy warm weather mood after talking about the Maho Shades on Monday!
January is great for many things, but this slump from now until March is always a hard time to get through with the cold weather and long grey days!
So I wanted to share one of my favorite shirts that I wore in the Cayman that can easily be worn year round – everyone needs a striped button down in their closet, even a preggo!
The thing with maternity tops is that the loose fitting tops and dresses are NEVER flattering. At least in my opinion. Pre-pregnancy I loved a loose flowy dress or top, but when you have no waist and a big protruding bump, it’s just not the same.
So I love that this shirt has a belt to define the waist and also to grow with me as my belly gets bigger!
I had feared I would be forced to wear my husbands button down tops as I enter the final trimester (TOMORROW!) but I feel like my luck has finally been changing with finding some great pieces! This feminine button down is a much better option 🙂
Also, these white jeans are my favorite favorite maternity jeans I have found. They actually stay up – which has been impossible to find. And despite it being winter, I will wear white all winter!!

Now, for some NON-Maternity favorite finds for everyone!!!
You look adorable! I can’t believe you’re in your third trimester. I’d love to read a recap of your pregnancy so far!
Thank you Sarah! I know I’m the worst I need to get some pregnancy posts up this week!!
Third trimester, how?!
With the holidays I feel like it just snuck up on me!!
What condos do you recommend in the Caymans?
Anywhere on Seven Mile Beach! It depends how many bedroom you’d be looking for, 2 or 3 or 4 bedrooms – and that will narrow down the condo complex options! But definitely on Seven Mile!
