I hope you all are having a great week so far!
Today I have the perfect outfit for pregnant and non-pregnant alike, because this adorable skirt is *not* a maternity skirt believe it or not. Bless elastic waist bands! BLESS THEM! They have been saving me the past few weeks!
Although….. I think the days of elastic waist bands saving me from non-maternity ended with 2018….. but for the rest of you, this skirt is amazing.
and it’s on super sale for an extra 50% off!
These pull on flouncy skirts are the perfect thing to wear for work or out with friends for any occasion. It’s so easy to wear with a sweater and tights for a more conservative look or with a cami and over the knee boots for a night time look!
Loft always runs large, so pre-pregnancy I just sized down in everything, and now I buy my true size or occasionally size up.
Plus this skirt is SO DAMN SOFT. It’s amazing.

if pregnant, order your true size or up one, but normally I would suggest sizing down one for Loft! //
// old BP cami and Halogen Blazer //
//old forever 21 OTK boots, similar here and here//
For pregnant friends : during the holidays I relied solely on skirts with elastic waistbands. I wore version of this outfit 3 times in the 3.5 days we were in Chicago. I just pull the skirt up a little higher on my waist, picked a cami or a sweater to wear with it, and then added a black blazer. Oh, and OTK boots sine that’s all I seem to be wearing lately.
And don’t let the photos fool you. If pregnancy has taught me anything, it’s that angles are seriously deceiving! Especially angles combined with black clothing. Instagram photos are not what they seem!
When I turn to the side in this it’s bump central! But the blazer blocks my sides and you are seeing me straight on – so it hides the bump.
I’ve gotten a lot of requests for maternity fashion so I will work on sharing more, but it’s a day by day basis! I utilize free shipping and returns like it’s my job to find things that work!
I also lived in this black skirt for the past two months.
Same thing, I ordered my regular size for pregnancy but for no-bump I recommend sizing down because it runs large!
other favorite finds for the week………
these are all over the place – formal dresses, summer/vacation/resort, winter, everything!
I’m thinking the skirts are just a little out of place? Too short or maybe it’s the idea of pregnancy in that short of a skirt? Pass on this look girl!
Thanks girl! I must have missed the memo that even the idea of seeing a woman’s THIGH with PREGNANCY is just a total pass. I feel so bad for the people that had to lay eyes on my legs in person!! xx
I think you look great! You would not even know you were pregnant in these photos.
You look great! You don’t even look pregnant in the pictures. 🙂
I’m dying! Taylor, you should really be careful. Wearing a skirt while pregnant, those babies might just go flying out! And those poor victims of seeing your thighs. Have you no shame?! 🙂
