I hope you all had a great weekend! It was beautiful here and I feel like
we did so much after I spent all week inside with the babies.
My in-laws were in town to meet the twins so we got lots of help which was so nice! I got to do thrilling things like go to the grocery store (and listen to Publix’s amazing soundtrack while I took my sweet time going up and down the aisles – Publix really does play the best music), got a massage, and we even got some date time! It was amazing!
We also attempted some family photos since we had people to take pictures….. we got maybe one good one out of about 30, and Collins looks as though she’s screaming bloody murder but I promise she was not.
Just making some of her usual faces 🙂
I cooked and baked several things for the first time in forever which was so nice
and I made my crack cake for Kip’s dads birthday.
It was gorgeous out the majority of the weekend so we took a walk every day with the twins.
I shared on instagram that we got this Uppababy stroller brand new for *free* from our friends and we are in love!
An airline has broken my friends stroller TWICE now and had to replace it. Because you have to get a whole new stroller to get the seat fixed when you use this as a single stroller, they had to get her a whole new set. (The frame, the seat, and it comes with a basinett). So we got her second brand new stroller frame and now two new basinetts!
We have to use the Uppababy rumble seats to fit two babies once they’re out of their car seats,
so we didn’t need a seat anyway!
Anyways, we love the stroller and it’s been great on walks.
Can’t recommend it enough!
(We use this stroller for doctors appointments, etc. My friend that has twins and lots of twin mom recommended it for the early months and it’s great. I had to take the twins to and from the pediatrician solo on Monday and it weighs nothing and opens super easily. You just pop the car seats in and go. But you can’t use this for walks, etc, because the car seat isn’t clipped in to anything.)
I wore one of my favorite, favorite dresses that I have in 4 colors for drinks to watch the Masters on Saturday.
This is probably my most worn item during the warmer months – I can’t get enough of it!
does this count as my first “outfit post” post babies?!
// CREPE DRESS//
runs slightly large because it’s a loose dress, but if you size down it will be tighter across the bust! If not super busty, I recommend sizing down! I size down to an XS from a Small.
I saw that now they have these three new colors and I am loving then for spring!
I am definitely going to snag another one because I know I will live in this dress for the next few months just like I did last year!
Timehop even informed me over the weekend that I wore the dress on the same day one year ago.
Not kidding when I say I live in it!
We watched that Out for Blood documentary (not worth the time if you ask me) about Elizabeth Holmes and oh. my. gawd. is listening to her voice not the most awful thing in the entire world. She gives me THE CREEPS.
I’m trying to get better about regular posting on here but the days just get away from me!
