I hope you all had a great weekend!
My sister and I snuck away Friday to Chateau Elan for a little girls trip.
Kip had been gone for a wedding weekend and then a 5 day fishing trip in May, so when his mom came into town to visit he gave me a little time off. I was wary about leaving but Chateau Elan is only 45 minutes from our house and it ended up being a nice little break.
We didn’t have the best weather but we still managed to squeeze in some sunshine at the pool, wine tasting, relaxing and catching up, and lots of pumping sessions back in the hotel room. Pumping in the middle of the night post wine tasting is not the most fun but it was well worth it!
The rest of the weekend was disgustingly downpouring (our drive home Saturday morning was terrifying in crazy storms with bad accidents and trees down but we made it back by lunchtime safely – Thank God!)
I wore one of my favorite $19 dresses for the wine tasting and dinner part of our trip!
(runs true to size!)
It comes in a bunch of different prints and solids, too!
We finished off the weekend with lots of time on the screened in porch on Saturday in the rain. Friday was actually our 5 year wedding anniversary too so we snuck out for an hour to grab a drink before bath time while his mom watched the girls which was nice.

Sunday we spent the day at my moms house with my sister and her kids and now I am EXHAUSTED. But it was a great weekend overall!
