:: Friday Five + Labor Day Sales ::

Happy Labor Day Weekend!
Kip was traveling this week so hopefully we have a low key weekend ahead and possibly a pool date Sunday with our friends and their babies!
The most exciting news around here is that weaning has caused my hormones to go INSANE. I have a 16 year old pizza face and clogged ducts for days so it’s real FUN TIMES over here.

Otherwise weaning has been going fairly well and I’m down to 5 pumps per day and the only “good” one is the AM pump so I’m hoping to be able to drop a bunch this next week. (I reduced the time of my pumps versus dropping a pump cold turkey because I am so prone to clogged ducts.)

I’m going to try to start doing Coffee Talk posts on Sunday?! I just don’t have any time during the week and am hoping if I have a weekend in there I can have more time to type grammatically incorrect nonsensical sentences, yaknowwhatImean?! Because we have A LOT to discuss. And I’m still crying over the Bethenny leaving news.

I took the girls over to my sister’s yesterday and she sent me home with the most DELICIOUS Tortellini Soup. I know it’s still hot as hades in the South but there’s been some cooler temps coming and going and it was SO SO GOOD. She whipped it up SO fast I was shocked.
I texted her for the recipe and it was from Natalie’s Blog!

I highly recommend!

I am HOOKED on these Whisps Cheese Crackers/Chips that I got from Costco. I also just saw that our Publix has them in the deli section — they are only made from cheese and are AMAZING. I highly suggest grabbing them.

I’ve been using different ones and recently am using the BeautyCounter Serum and really like it. I have always wanted to try the Skinceuticals but it is pricey and while I’m still weaning I want to wait until my hormones level out (WILL THEY EVER LEVEL OUT?!) until I invest a bit more into my skin.
